Mudeungsan Observatory
A place where you can see Gwangju at a
glance!
Let me introduce Mt. Mudeung Observatory, a
famous place in Gwangju.
01 |Visit
This is how the observatory looks like
It’s built in 1965 and has been a shelter
for the hikers for a long time
Technically, it’s an observatory cafe
I went inside to get some cold drinks
You can get drinks that are made right away
as well as can drinks, cold beer, and a side dish.
Seafood pancake and acorn curd are
popular here
Done ordering! Now, shall we go see a night
view?
It’s a 3rd floor building
1st floor is the outdoors, 2nd
floor is the interior, and 3rd floor is the rooftop.
This picture above is an outdoor terrace.
It’s right on the left side of this
building.
Tables and the seats are prepared.
Outdoor has its own awesomeness
How about the interior?
If you take that stairs in the picture,
you’ll see the tables.
We got ice Americano to cool off for a
while
If you order on the first floor and get a
table, they’ll deliver them to you.
Aren’t they look so cool?
We were drinking and waiting to see a night
view
The sun started to set……
Finally, Gwangju’s night view at a glance!!
Wanna see a better view?
Isn’t it so cool?
It’s a great place to come with your family
or a lover.
Even without a car, you can climb for 20
minutes to get there.
If you want to climb Mt. Mudeung,
I’d like to recommend Mudeung Observatory.
